"We are striving constantly to provide that aid and to distribute it, but the magnitude of the requirements is so immense that we still have a great number of people and children who are truly enduring hardship nightly," stated one representative.
The second phase of the agreement involves arrangements for the reconstruction of Gaza, along with post-war governance, the removal of personnel, and other conditions.
Relief organizations have stressed the imperative for "increased and sustained humanitarian assistance to meet pressing and ongoing requirements."
